Phoenix carpet cleaning that looks like new

I can’t recommend Alex and K & C Carpet Cleaning highly enough! I’ve now used Alex twice for both carpet and upholstery cleaning (March and Sept 2026) and I’ve been extremely impressed both times. Alex is professional, friendly, dependable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He doesn’t just rush through the job — he takes the time to do it right, and the results speak for themselves. Our carpets and upholstery looked noticeably cleaner and fresher when he was finished, and I really appreciated the care he took with everything in our home. It’s also refreshing to find someone who provides excellent service without making you feel like you’re being upsold or pressured. Alex is someone I feel completely comfortable having in my home, which means a lot. After two great experiences, K & C Carpet Cleaning is officially my go-to, and I’ll absolutely be calling Alex again the next time we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work, give Alex a call — you won’t be disappointed!

Alex was amazing, he answer all my questions and set up my appointment quick, they were efficient and on time, the work was done perfect with no issues

They did a great job, got all the tough stains out of my carpets, left it looking clean. Overall, had a great experience, definitely recommend.

The carpet cleaning service was efficient, effective, and decently priced. Alex is an absolute pro. He is rather personable and gave us useful tips for carpet care in the future. We can rest easy now that our carpet hero Alex came to the rescue and saved us from our pet stained nightmare! You're the man Alex!

I highly recommend K&C Carpet Cleaning! I’ve used them for years, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure my carpets look their absolute best. What really sets them apart is the care they take while working in my home. Unlike other carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past who accidentally damaged walls, furniture, or other items with their equipment, K&C is extremely careful and professional. They take the extra steps to protect my home and ensure everything is done right. The results are always outstanding, and my carpets look fresh, clean, and revitalized every time. Their attention to detail, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction keep me coming back year after year. If you’re looking for a trustworthy carpet cleaning company that truly cares about its customers, K&C Carpet Cleaning is the company to call.

I called K & C Carpet Cleaning to get my home ready for sale. Carpets were old and had large areas of stain in traffic areas. Alex was very honest about being able to save the carpet or having it replaced. After I had him clean them they looked so much better and it freshened up the whole house. Alex was prompt and friendly. He did a great job and even recommended a realtor. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Alex!

First time hiring this carpet cleaning company honestly I was very pleasantly surprised , my carpet was disgusting honestly with so many heavily stained spots all over and horrible pet urine stains and smell , now I can’t smell it and stains are gone. Communication was fast , I called and they were able to come by within literally the hour, Alex did a great job and went above and beyond , he was very nice and courteous and also pretty fast! Overall 5 star rating
